All the while, you’ll bring their real-world insights back into our product and strategy.
What your day-to-day looks like- Onboarding & adoption: Create scalable onboarding journeys so customers feel confident from day one.
- Project ownership: Lead implementation projects across different management levels in customer organizations.
- Strategic partner: Build trust, identify opportunities, and support customers in achieving their business goals.
- Product influence: Be the voice of the customer — feed insights, challenges, and ideas into our roadmap.
- Scaling success: Develop best practices and playbooks to grow Customer Success alongside Metalshub.
