Düsseldorf, Germany, 19 March 2026 – Metalshub, a leading platform provider for the metals and mining industry, is pleased to announce that Slovenia-based supplier EXOTERM has joined its digital platform to support both procurement and sales activities. By adopting Metalshub’s solutions, Exoterm aims to broaden its network of trading partners and enhance efficiency across its raw materials sourcing and sales processes.
EXOTERM is among the leading producers and suppliers of auxiliary materials for foundries and the metallurgy industry in Central and South-East Europe. The company operates both manufacturing and trading businesses, supplying a range of metallurgical inputs including ferrosilicon (FeSi), high- and low-carbon ferrochrome (HC/LC FeCr), silicon carbide (SiC), ferroalloys, recarburisers, petroleum coke, and anthracite.
Through Metalshub’s digital platform, EXOTERM will manage procurement for its manufacturing and trading operations while also leveraging the Sales Solution to market selected materials from its trading portfolio. This integrated approach will allow the company to connect with a broader network of buyers and suppliers while benefiting from streamlined transaction workflows and improved market visibility.
“Joining Metalshub opens new opportunities for us to connect with a wider network of buyers and suppliers. By digitalising both our procurement and sales activities, we expect to strengthen our market reach and engage more efficiently with partners across the metals and foundry industries.”
Metalshub’s platform enables companies to structure sourcing events, access real-time market insights, and engage in transparent negotiations with qualified counterparties worldwide. For companies such as EXOTERM, which operate across both production and trading activities, digital tools can help optimise supply chain coordination while unlocking new commercial opportunities.
“EXOTERM’s decision to adopt Metalshub for both procurement and sales highlights the growing importance of digital platforms for companies active in metallurgical materials markets,” said Dr. Sebastian Kreft, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Metalshub. “We are pleased to welcome EXOTERM to the platform and look forward to supporting their efforts to expand market access and build new trading relationships.”
The partnership reflects the continued digitalisation of raw materials markets, as producers, traders, and industrial consumers seek greater efficiency, transparency, and connectivity in increasingly complex global supply chains. Similar collaborations demonstrate how companies are using Metalshub to enhance procurement, sales, and price discovery processes across a range of metals and mineral markets.
