REACH 2018 registrants - Get last minute support by REACH ADVICE and Metalshub!
Get last minute support by REACH ADVICE and Metalshub! If you manufacture in the EU or import chemical substances including metals into the EU above one tonne per year, you may have registration obligations under REACH.
The responsibility for fulfilling the registration requirements of REACH lies with the manufacturers and importers established in the EEA (European Union and the European Economic Area).
With the final registration deadline less than one week away, companies that have pre-registered substances have to submit their registration dossiers on time. The 31 May deadline is the last milestone of a journey that started a decade ago. Companies who miss this deadline lose the European market.
Importers in the EEA, however, need to turn to their non-EEA suppliers and request information that they need to fulfil their regulatory obligations. A non-EEA manufacturer might register by appointing an only representative to fulfill the obligations of importers under the REACH Regulation.
During the last two weeks before the 31 May registration deadline, you can easily contact Metalshub and REACH ADVICE for help with your last minute registration intention by using a short message function and use our REACH calculator under:
